We conducted a series of UX/UI workshops to reimagine the Rip-It Sports shopping experience, streamlining navigation, simplifying categories, and optimizing visuals for mobile-first use. Custom page designs highlighted Rip-It’s unique features—like their signature face guards and performance gear—through interactive media, detailed specs, and reviews. We also simplified the cart and checkout process by reducing steps, offering guest checkout, and integrating seamless payment solutions to minimize abandonment rates.
The redesign delivered impressive results, including a 42% increase in conversion rate, a 36% rise in mobile transactions, a 28% reduction in cart abandonment, and a 55% improvement in page load time. Key features included a mobile-first design overhaul, high-impact visuals for hero products, simplified navigation for easier product discovery, an optimized checkout experience, and dynamic content blocks for promotional campaigns.
