Levitate Foundry spearheaded the original launch of anitako.com, a direct-to-consumer (DTC) website for the luxury jeweler. As the strategic performance marketing partner, our team has been responsible for overseeing and executing all aspects of paid social and paid search for Anita Ko from 2019 to date. We meticulously crafted an exceptional user experience (UX) and user interface (UI) for the launch of anitako.com, strategically designed to showcase the exquisite high-end jewelry. Our focus on minimalist design and seamless navigation allows the captivating photography to take center stage, ensuring that each piece of jewelry speaks for itself. The thoughtfully curated UX/UI not only provides a visually immersive journey for users but also reinforces the brand's commitment to luxury and elegance. This intentional design approach has played a pivotal role in enhancing the overall aesthetic appeal of the site and creating a lasting impression on visitors.
From there, we implemented a robust digital marketing strategy to acquire customers, resulting in a threefold increase in site sessions and a 1.5x growth in store revenues. Achieved remarkable success in driving 36% of total store revenues through highly effective paid social campaigns, accompanied by a substantial boost in Return on Ad Spend (ROAS) from 0.3x to an impressive 8.25x.
Furthermore, we enhanced customer engagement and revenue streams through strategic email marketing initiatives. Directly contributed to 28% of store revenues through weekly marketing messages and an additional 36% through drip email campaigns. Achieved an 8% conversion rate to purchase through weekly marketing messages and a 7% conversion rate through retention flows. Furthermore, successfully expanded the subscriber list by 35% within a span of 2 months, demonstrating the effectiveness of our targeted email marketing efforts.
